Is it true that all meetings are free of charge?

Easy question - absolutely! We don't charge you for the meeting time, our expertise, measurements, nor for the coffee we like to serve you. Even if you choose a Home meeting, we come to your home free of charge.

When will you try to sell me something?

It is true that the staff in our shops are actually our salespeople. But to our kitchen consultants it is natural to see a kitchen less as an object they are selling, and more as a project they are developing together with you: your kitchen. Our part of your project also includes your calendar, when your house is ready, your requirements for delivery and mounting and everything else. If we don't have a clear, mutual understanding of your project, we can't sell you any kitchen - and neither can any other kitchen brand. That's why we start with you talking and us listening.

You have so many different meeting types. Can you explain them?

The truth is, in reality we only have 2 different meeting types - but 3 places to hold them - and 4 topics to meet about. The Inspiration Meeting is a one-hour meeting. It's short because in the early stages of the process, all our customers start out with so many open questions, that their project is not ready to be drawn in 3D. Some of the open questions might in reality be fundamental: whether or not to tear down a wall, placement of plumbing and electricity, what's the timeline? What designs are available? What does a new kitchen cost? In such cases, our knowledge of, for instance, a workaround, that leaves drain pipes where they are, can help move the project forward, and spark inspiration for what's possible. And we are always happy to show you our inspiring details and designs. The short meeting can take place in our store , online or it can be a home meeting at your place. It's your choice. The short meeting can be about a kitchen , bathroom or wardrobe project or all three if you're doing a complete renovation or building a new home. The Project Meeting is a two-hour meeting. It's meant to dig into the details of your project and the end result will be drawings of your new kitchen and everything we need in order to create a 3D drawing of your new kitchen. This requires precise measurements of your house, and that you have made up your mind on key elements - like which design, worktop and appliances you want. Project meetings are primarily about kitchens, but if you're going for a whole home solution with our designs in kitchen, bath and maybe entryway or laundry room, we can also cover those during this meeting. Like our Inspiration meetings, it can be held in our store, at your home or online.

Why can't I just drop by the store?

Oh, you can - and we definitely want see you in our showroom. However, we hope to give you something more than an opportunity for browsing: our time and full attention - as well as knowledgeable answers to your questions. In the store we have to dedicate our time to developing projects and drawings for customers, calculating offers and meeting with customers who have made an appointment. In order to be sure we have time for you when you drop by, we definitely recommend that you book a meeting with us.

Store meeting, Home meeting, Online meeting — how do I choose?

The 3 locations each have their separate advantages. You can, of course, choose the one that suits you best at any given moment. Maybe your first meeting will be online because your partner is traveling and you can't get to a store together. You can always have a second meeting in the store, where you can see and touch all the materials. We think that at least one meeting should be in our store, because that's where you really get a feel for our products. You're going to have this kitchen in your home for many years to come, so you want to know how it really feels and looks and that's just best in person. Store Meetings give you more than a chance to taste our coffee. You will simply get more design ideas when you find yourself in our showroom, surrounded by all that beautiful Danish design. We go through your project in detail, and confirm your choices of finishes and materials. You can see, touch and experience the designs — feel the quality of the recycled materials and experience how smoothly the drawers glide and the doors close. We have a full selection of handles to try out and you can decide which worktop suits your needs best. And you can see for yourself the way the appliances will be mounted and how sinks and taps will look. You can walk around before or after the meeting, and you are not the host - but the guest. Home meetings are even more comfortable, because it means that we come to your home, bringing our laptop with our drawing program and a collection of samples to illustrate look and feel. This meeting type is convenient if you have issues with transportation, but also, if the project is about a room that is hard to describe or you have special wishes to how it will look in the room, or your project requires a bit extra creativity that would benefit from the kitchen expert actually seeing the room in person. Choose the home meeting if you would feel better knowing that the kitchen expert really understands your space and your needs. You would, of course, responsible for making the coffee. Online meetings are not just a technological whim. They are perfect because they let you join from anywhere - from your sofa or the meeting room at work. It does not require sitting in traffic or on a train, unless that's where you want to be when you join the meeting. In your calendar an online meeting only takes up the actual meeting time. Online you can also include others. Anyone who should have input to what your new kitchen will be like. If you do the online meeting at home, any technical information like measurements of the kitchen, bath or wardrobe would be right at hand, and you'd always feel right at home during the meeting. But you will have to make your own coffee.

Will my kitchen consultant follow my project the whole way through?

Yes! Your kitchen consultant will be there for you from start to finish. They'll be your one point of contact, from the design phase through to installation and even afterwards, in the unlikely event you have a warranty issue. So you can rest assured that you have an expert partner who really understands your project - the whole way through.

If you wonder if they are absolutely necessary — you can rest assured they are. They're the best way to get free, professional advice for your project and the undivided attention of your kitchen expert. They're the perfect place to ask all your questions so that you can really understand the big project you're about to embark upon.

Why do we call them meetings?

You're absolutely right, our meetings are actually completely informal, since there is no dress code or even a meeting room - we could just as well have called them "kitchen table talks." Plus, they're absolutely free!

We call them meetings because it is so important to meet and make sure we're fully aligned. A new kitchen, bath or wardrobe is a big decision and you need to have rapport with your consultant. After all, you'll be working with them from start to finish on your project. Our kitchens don't come in a brown box with a plug and play product inside. They're tailor-made solutions that take into account all the particularities of the most central room in your home - and it's always worth getting all the pieces on the table before we start the puzzle.
