4 tips for thinking sustainability into your daily life in the kitchen
It's the little things we do every day that really count. We've talked to experts and collected the advice on how you can think sustainability into your everyday kitchen life.
1. Use renewable energy
One of the most important things you can do to reduce your carbon footprint in your daily life is to ensure that all the electricity you use in your kitchen comes from renewable sources. Contact your electricity supplier and ask for renewable energy today, it can actually reduce your CO2 footprint by up to 60%!

Most areas have trash sorting where you separate organic and non-organic trash, metal, glass, plastic and paper. Be sure to follow your area's trash sorting rules and do your utmost to consistently sort everything. Every little bit helps.
