You use your kitchen every day — opening drawers, slamming cupboards, chopping, spilling, cleaning, and doing it all again the next day. We know how much your surfaces and storage go through, which is why we make sure they’re built to take it.

To keep our standards high, we regularly test our products to make sure they can handle real-life wear and tear. It’s how we know you’re getting something that looks great, works hard, and keeps going for the long haul—whether it's a kitchen, bathroom, or wardrobe. It also helps us keep improving and making sure we’re always offering the best quality possible.

If something does go wrong? We’ve got you. All of our products are backed by solid warranties, so whether it's a kitchen, bath, or wardrobe, you can feel confident knowing we stand behind what we make.

Everything we sell is covered by standard consumer protection laws. Plus, if you bought cabinets, doors, hinges, drawer slides, or worktops after January 1, 2012, they’re also covered by our extended warranties.

How long are you covered?

5 year warranty on kitchen worktops

Worktops take a beating. Ours are built for it — and backed with a 5-year guarantee.

10 year warranty on cabinets, doors and sliding doors

All our doors, kitchen and bath elements, wardrobes, and sliding doors are backed by a 10-year guarantee.

What do I do if my product breaks?

If something goes wrong with your Kvik product and you think it might be covered by the warranty, just get in touch with the store where you bought it. We’ll take a look and decide — yes, at our discretion —whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

If it is, we’ll also decide whether it makes more sense to repair it or swap it for a new (or similar) item. If the exact product isn’t available anymore, we’ll provide a suitable alternative from our current range.

In those cases, we’ll cover the cost of the repair or the replacement. All we ask is that you make the damaged product available to us so we can sort it out with as little hassle for you as possible.

Conditions

To use your warranty, you’ll need to show proof that the product was purchased from Kvik.

Please note: we don’t cover the cost of any repairs you arrange yourself unless you’ve gotten our written approval beforehand. So give us a heads-up first — your wallet will thank you.

The warranty doesn’t apply if the product has been stored, assembled, installed, or used incorrectly. That includes any modifications, misuse, or cleaning with products or methods that go against our care instructions.

Normal wear and tear, like scratches, cuts, or dents from daily use or accidents, isn’t covered. Neither is damage from outdoor use or placement in damp or humid environments (sorry, bathrooms without ventilation fans).

This warranty only applies when our products are used in private homes — not for commercial use, pop-up shops, underground art installations, etc.

And just to be clear, the warranty doesn’t cover any indirect or consequential damages.

Lastly, any replaced parts or products? Those belong to Kvik once the replacement is done.
