Kvik Commercial Warranty Terms for Consumers
To ensure and maintain a high quality, our products are continuously subjected to thorough and comprehensive quality control. This is our way of ensuring that you receive a top-quality product.
Our ongoing quality control also provides an opportunity for us to further develop our products so that we always have the best products in our range. In addition, we consider carefully whether the preparation and production that went into manufacturing the products was undertaken responsibly. However, if a defect appears, you may use our Commercial Warranty as a supplement to the statutory legal guarantee.
Which products are covered by the warranty and for how long?
Your Kvik store provides the following Kvik Commercial Warranty on certain products and parts produced by Kvik (“the Warranty”). The Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including your right to claim remedies for defective goods for a period of “Legal guarantee.” The Warranty is free of charge and is an addition to your legal rights.
